9. Blackhall Colliery Welfare

 Sounds like real ‘jumpers for goalposts’ stuff! Formed in 1927, and won the Wearside League on three occasions during the 1930s.

10. Queen of the South Club from Dumfries

And so named because local poet David Dunbar called the town ‘Queen of the South’ in a speech when he stood for Parliament. Formed in 1919.

Pronounced ‘love ham’, the team comes from Norway and was originally two teams – Lovasen and Hamre who merged.

Naughy boys from Tlokweng and their on-pitch rivals Botswana Meat Commission Football Club, aka BMC FC, based in Lobatse. You’re spoilt for choice in Botswana!

14. The New Saints of Oswestry Town & Llansantffraid Football Club 

Better known as The New Saints or TNS, based in Wales.

Bolivian club based in La Paz. Also known as Banda Roja or red band because of their strip.

16. FL Fart 

Norwegian club located in Vang and founded in 1934. Aka Fotballaget Fart.
